Shipping Delays

Due to COVID-19, there has been a significant impact on international freight. This is because of a reduction in air craft available for freight, operational impacts and the volume of parcels currently being processed by the postal service providers.

Our international delivery team are doing an amazing job but they have advised that shipping times are likely to take longer than usual. We are currently experiencing delivery delays of approx. 2-3 weeks on top of our normal shipping times.

These delays are outside of our control and the timeframe is changing regularly which may mean it could potentially be longer or shorter. 

Please note that once your order has been scheduled for departure your tracking information will show as “cleared, awaiting departure” or “handed over to airline”. It will continue to show as the latest update for 2-3 weeks which means it’s on its way to you. The next update will be when your order lands here and is cleared by customs in Auckland. From there it will be processed by your local NZ depot for delivery.

We are asking that if it has been less than 6 weeks since your order has been shipped please refer to your shipping information on our Track your Order page. This is the most up to date information for your order. If it has been over 6 weeks, please email us at

Safety Measures

We understand that you may be a little worried to receive a package from overseas during this time. Please note that we take the safety of our customers very seriously and as part of our delivery partners shipping policy, all packages are disinfected to ensure they’re safe at time of shipping.

Once your order has arrived in NZ, it will be processed by customs and then sent to NZ post to be processed for delivery where it will be delivered in line with NZ Post's contactless delivery policy.

We understand that the current shipping times can be frustrating especially when you're excitedly waiting for your purchase, however please rest assured everyone is working as fast as they can to have your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Please note once your order has been despatched we are unable to change, cancel or refund it. If you wish to return your order once it has been delivered, please refer to our Returns Policy.
