Exciting, I've placed an order, how long will it take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday to Friday and are then packed and shipped from our overseas warehouse within 2-4 business days.
Once your order has been despatched from our overseas warehouse and you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, our estimated shipping times for standard delivery are 12-20 working days. Please allow extra time for rural delivery.
To ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, your order may be sent in more than one package.
Will my order be delayed due to COVID-19?

What's the difference between the Classic style and the Tote style?
The Classic and Tote styles are both great baby bags. Whilst they each have their own look, the main difference between the bags is the pocket configuration. For more info, visit our Styles page.
Do Lequeen Bags come with the straps so I can hang it from my pram?
Lequeen Bags are made with the D-rings so they can be used with straps to allow you to hang your bag from your pram or stroller. The straps are available for purchase through our website.
Please note that we strongly recommend to check your pram or stroller manufacturers recommendation on hanging a bag from your pram or stroller before doing so.

I'd like to change an item on my order, can I do that?
Once your order has been placed, we have a small window of 24 hours that we are able to make any changes on it for you. Once we have processed your order we are unable to make any changes to it.
If you wish to cancel your order we can do this prior to it being shipped. Unfortunately once it has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
If we are unable to change / cancel your order, you can still return it to us once it has been delivered to you. We are unable to offer a refund while your order is still in transit.
