Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Shipping on all orders within NZ.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, and are then packed and shipped from our overseas warehouse within 2-4 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched from our overseas warehouse, our estimated shipping times for standard delivery are 7-12 business days. Rural deliveries may require an additional few days.
To ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, your order may be sent in more than one package.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use our Track your Order page with your tracking number to track your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time you've received your shipping confirmation email for your order information to update.
While most of our orders are arriving on time, delivery delays may still be experienced that are outside of our control. Please note that our shipping times are estimates.
At present, our freight team are advising that there may be delays due to the impacts of COVID-19 & and/or airline disruption which may cause processing delays to our freight providers .
Please refer to your tracking information as this has the latest tracking update on your order.
All orders will be shipped to the address as entered by you when the order is placed. LeQueen Bags will not be responsible for any orders that are lost due to incorrect address entry.
We offer tracking on all orders, if your order shows as being delivered but you have not received it, as the owner of the parcel we recommend to lodge an enquiry with NZ Post as soon as possible.

We will confirm your order with an order confirmation email shortly after we’ve received your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our overseas warehouse. If you have not received your confirmation emails, please let us know.
Shipping delays are outside of our control and as such we are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to the shipping process.
Please note once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in transit to you, we are unable to change, cancel or refund it.
Once your order has been delivered to you, should you wish to return it, you are able to do so in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
