Exciting, I've placed an order, how long will it take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday to Friday and are then packed and shipped from our overseas warehouse within 2-4 business days.
Once your order has been despatched from our overseas warehouse and you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, our estimated shipping times for standard delivery are 12-20 working days. Please allow extra time for rural delivery.
To ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, your order may be sent in more than one package.
Please note that these shipping times are our normal estimated shipping times and do not include current shipping delays due to COVID-19.

How can I track my Order?
Once your order has been despatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use our Track your Order page with your tracking number to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Please note that once your order has been scheduled for departure your tracking information will show as “cleared, awaiting departure” or “handed over to airline”. It will continue to show as the latest update for 2-3 weeks which means it’s on its way to you. The next update will be when your order lands here and is cleared by customs in Auckland. From there it will be processed by your local NZ depot for delivery.
All order are processed and shipping within our normal processing times, however we are unable to guarantee shipping times. All shipping times are estimates. Shipping delays are outside of our control and as such we are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to the shipping process. All orders will be shipped to the address as entered by you when the order is placed.
We will confirm your order with an order confirmation email shortly after we’ve received your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been despatched from our overseas warehouse. If you have not received your confirmation emails, please let us know.
Please note once your order has been despatched from our warehouse we are unable to change, cancel or refund it. Once your order has been delivered to you, should you wish to return it you are able to do so in line with our Returns Policy.
